The process begins with a detailed pre-assessment form and a set of everyday-life clips we will ask you to share. Our expert team examines every biopsychosocial layer, from your dog’s feeding routines and sleep patterns to their interactions at home and their reactions to environmental stimuli. The root causes behind the behavior are identified and a roadmap is set.

During the first live video call, we design your household space management, resource control (food, toys, resting areas) and environmental arrangements. We build daily routines suited to your dog’s mental and physical needs and clarify the first steps your family will take.

Yes. For our clients living abroad and for family members of other nationalities, we also conduct our guidance and mentoring processes in English at a professional level.

Except for emergencies requiring medical or veterinary care, all messages and videos you send are reviewed by our expert team in order of priority during working-hour blocks, and detailed feedback is provided as soon as possible.
