Terms of Use
Effective date: 05.10.2026. This English version is provided for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
1. PARTIES AND SCOPE
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Dog Craft Academy (the “Academy”) and any person who visits the websites at www.dogcraftacademy.com and www.skoruesitle.com, registers as a member, uses the DCA Family Management Panel or places an order through the client shop (the “User”).
By visiting the website, registering or logging in to the Panel, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or the Panel.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy; the use of content is governed by the Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy. These documents form an integral part of these Terms of Use.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
3.1. Registration
Membership requires being at least 18 years old and providing accurate, current and complete information. When signing in with Google, only your name and e-mail address are obtained from Google.
3.2. Account Security
The User is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all actions taken through their account. Passwords should not be shared, and enabling two-step verification is recommended. A User who notices unauthorised access to their account must notify the Academy immediately.
3.3. Roles and Permissions
The conversion of a member account into a client account, the assignment of a trainer and Panel permissions are determined by the Academy. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse or a security risk.
3.4. Closing the Account
The User may request the closure of their account at any time by writing from their registered e-mail address to info@dogcraftacademy.com. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved.
4. NATURE OF THE SERVICES
The training and consulting services offered by the Academy are professional guidance based on the principles of behavioural science. Since a dog’s behaviour depends on many factors such as genetics, health, environment and the family’s consistency in practice, no particular result is guaranteed. The success of the training depends to a large extent on the family applying the recommended practices regularly and correctly.
The content on the website, in the blog and in the Panel is for general information purposes and does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a veterinarian. If pain, illness or a sudden change in behaviour is suspected, a veterinarian should be consulted first. In risky situations such as biting or serious aggression, the User must follow the trainer’s safety instructions.
5. DCA FAMILY MANAGEMENT PANEL
- Lesson records, homework, progress charts, training content and resources in the Panel are specific to the client and their dog and may only be used for personal training purposes.
- Training content, documents and videos shared in the Panel may not be shared with third parties, reproduced, published or used for commercial purposes.
- Lesson requests, postponements and support requests are submitted through the Panel; their acceptance depends on the planning of the trainer and the Academy. In urgent cases, the telephone line shown in the Panel should be used.
- The User is responsible for ensuring that photos, videos and texts uploaded to the Panel are lawful and do not infringe the rights of third parties. The User permits the Academy and the assigned trainer to view this content for the purpose of carrying out the training.
6. CLIENT SHOP AND ORDERS
- The shop is available only to active clients and may be opened or closed at the Academy’s discretion.
- No online payment is taken through the shop. An order is a request that contains no payment details; payment is made to the trainer on delivery and recorded by the trainer in the Panel.
- Product prices and stock information are those recorded in the Panel at the time of the order. The Academy may cancel an order in the event of stock or supply problems, in which case the client is notified.
- The client may cancel an order from the Panel as long as it has not yet started being prepared (status “New”).
- Your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation remain reserved.
7. SKORU EŞİTLE PROJECT
Applications for Skoru Eşitle are received through www.skoruesitle.com and are subject to the terms separately accepted in the application form. Submitting an application does not mean acceptance into the project; the decision is made by the Academy through its professional triage system.
8. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED USE
The User agrees to use the website and the Panel in accordance with the law, public morality and these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- accessing or attempting to access another person’s account without authorisation, or attempting to circumvent security measures,
- using software, bots or automated data collection tools that may harm the website,
- copying content without permission, downloading it in bulk or publishing it elsewhere,
- providing false information, or submitting applications or orders on behalf of another person,
- communicating with trainers or other users in an insulting, harassing or threatening manner.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Academy takes reasonable technical measures to keep the website and the Panel running without interruption or error; however, it cannot be held liable for access problems arising from maintenance, outages caused by infrastructure providers or force majeure. The Academy is not liable for damage resulting from the User’s breach of these terms, the trainer’s instructions or safety warnings. The Academy is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the website. This clause does not affect liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
10. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For details, please see the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy, including cookie preferences.
11. CHANGES
The Academy may update these terms when necessary. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; significant changes are announced to members by e-mail or Panel notification. Continuing to use the website or the Panel after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes; the right of Users who are consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts remains reserved.
